Legal disclaimer
This website provides general information about procedures of the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL's Files and related matters. It is not legal advice on any individual case. Reading it or contacting us does not create a lawyer-client relationship; a relationship begins only when a written engagement is accepted.
CCF Revision is an independent service operated by Collegium of International Lawyers. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by INTERPOL, the CCF, the United Nations or OHCHR, and has no special access to any of them. No outcome of a CCF, national or international procedure can be guaranteed. Procedural statements link to official sources, which prevail; rules and portals can change.
Privacy Policy
When you send an assessment form, your answers are transmitted to us and kept so that we can reply. We receive the name and contact details you provide, the answers you selected or typed, the page the form was sent from, and the IP address of the request. The forms do not ask for case documents: please do not send the decision, identity papers or criminal records until we have explained the confidentiality terms and provided a secure channel. You can also write to us directly, using the email address or messengers listed on this page, without using a form.
Terms of Use
Cookie Policy
This website loads Google Tag Manager, which can set cookies or similar identifiers for audience measurement and, where you arrive from an advertisement, to record which campaign brought you. None of this identifies you personally, and what is measured is neither sold nor shared with advertisers.
Your choice. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, measurement and advertising storage stay switched off until you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. Refusing changes nothing about the site or about how we answer you. You can change your mind at any time through Cookie settings in the footer of any page. Outside those regions measurement is on by default, and the same link switches it off.
What is always set. When you open the site we store one first-party cookie, cil_att, for 90 days. It holds a six-character reference number for your enquiry, the date, and the page you arrived on, so that a message you later send on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email can be matched to your request. Until you accept measurement, nothing about the advertisement or search that brought you is kept in it. A second cookie, cil_consent, records your choice for 180 days.
You can also block all of this through your browser settings or a tracking blocker; every page works without it.
